Rewardsly is a cloud-based platform for creating two things local businesses actually want: digital loyalty programs (earn-points-get-rewards, replacing paper punch cards) and branded digital gift cards they can sell online. It runs entirely in the browser. I logged in and was straight into a dashboard, nothing to install.
The angle that makes it interesting for marketers: it includes agency and client-management features, so you can set up loyalty and gift-card systems for local businesses as a paid service rather than just using it for one store.
Who it's for
Rewardsly is for local businesses that want customers coming back more often and spending more when they do, and for the agencies who run that for them.
Local business owners
Barbers, salons, cafés, gyms, restaurants. You run it for your own shop: create the store, set the rewards, issue the cards. Everything happens in the browser, so there is no developer to hire and no app to build.
Marketers & agencies
Set it up once per client, then charge a monthly fee to run it. Sub-accounts keep every client separate, so a dozen businesses sit behind one login instead of a dozen separate tools.
Who should skip it: if you run a single shop and have no interest in selling gift cards, most of what you are paying for here sits unused. The agency panel and sub-accounts only earn their keep once you are running this for other businesses.
How it works (my hands-on walkthrough)
I clicked through every module. You start by creating a Store: a branded business profile with its own hosted page, location and timezone. Inside each store you build Rewards (e.g. “every haircut earns 1 point; 10 points = 1 free haircut”) and Gift Cards through a step-by-step wizard that covers pricing variations, a template chooser, a design customizer and automated email notifications.

To actually take money and capture customers, the Integrations tab connects payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Flutterwave, or manual) and a long list of email autoresponders (Aweber, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Sendinblue, Mailerlite, SendGrid and more). Every purchase and sign-up flows into the built-in Customer CRM and the Analytics dashboards, so you can see visitors, subscribers and redemptions per store.

It's a genuinely complete loop. Create the offer, take payment, capture the customer, track redemptions. All in one place.

Key Features & My Honest Take
- Digital loyalty / points programs (paper punch-card replacement)This is the main feature. It works and looks great. I tested it and it has everything it needs.
- Branded digital gift cards with a template designer & variationsThe template designer works well. However, this might not be a necessary feature for everyone.
- Hosted, no-code store pages on your own rewardsly.io URLThe local business can run their loyalty program on their own sub-domain, or use the hosted one via the app.
- Payment gateways: PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Flutterwave, manualAll the major payment processors are here, so that's great if you wanna sell gift cards with the app.
- ~16 email autoresponder integrations + SMTPMore than enough choice, and if yours isn't on the list the SMTP option covers you anyway.
- Built-in customer CRM (reward + gift-card customers)Everyone who signs up lands in here automatically. It's basic next to a real CRM, but for a local shop that's fine.
- Reward & gift analytics (visitors, subscribers, redemptions)You get the numbers that actually matter for a loyalty program. Don't expect deep reporting though.
- Agency mode: manage client sub-accounts from one dashboardThis is the part that makes it worth buying as an agency. Every client gets their own account and you run them all from one login.
Pros
- Genuinely all-in-one: loyalty, gift cards, payments, CRM and agency in one place
- Broad payment and autoresponder integrations out of the box
- Agency/client management makes it a resell-as-a-service opportunity
- No coding. Branded customer-facing pages are hosted for you
- Multi-currency and paid-or-free gift card options
Cons
- Interface feels dated and a little cluttered compared to newer apps
- Gift-card wizard makes you save details before the design editor unlocks
- Native email is limited. Real sending relies on connecting an autoresponder/SMTP
- In-app upgrade banner is persistent
Pricing & Upsells
Front-end: $37 one-time. The core Rewardsly 2.0 software (loyalty programs + gift cards).
- Upgrade tiers (OTOs): Gold, Ruby and Platinum unlock more stores, templates, and the full agency/client features, plus optional integration add-ons.
- Bundle deal (~$317 list, usually discounted with a launch coupon): everything unlocked in one purchase. Only worth it if you're committing to the agency route.
My take: the $37 front-end is plenty to test the loyalty + gift-card core on a real store. The agency-level upgrade is the one that matters if you plan to sell this as a service to local businesses. Skip the rest until you've landed your first client. Check the checkout page for current pricing; it changes with promotions.
